Elephant Atta Medium
Taste and nutrients are both provided in plenty by medium flour (Atta). To create an ideal blend that produces fluffy, light chapattis that are bursting with flavour and nutrients, we combined our whole wheat flour with our soft white flour. At the 2017 "Great Taste Awards," the Elephant Atta Medium, the favourite atta in the country, received two gold stars.
