Ferns Bombay Duck Pickle
Bombay Duck pickle is an old Goan recipe that involves the use of sun-dried Bombay Duck. The perfect accompaniment for poppadums and wheat crackers. Goes well with most curries and slices of bread. Use as a condiment for sandwich spreads. Instant noodles, burgers and pizzas. Makes for a good dip with roast potatoes/vegetables or cucumber, celery and carrot sticks.
Onions, Bombay Duck flavouring, Sugar, Refined Sunflower Oil, Water, Salt, Green Chillies, Chilli Powder, Acetic Acid, Cumin Powder, Split Mustard, and Turmeric Powder.
