Ferns Brinjal Pickle is a type of condiment that is made from brinjals, also known as eggplant or aubergine. The brinjals are cut into small pieces and then mixed with a blend of spices and oil to create a flavorful pickle.

Tangy pickle made from the freshest of brinjals. Goes well as an accompaniment to rice and curries as well as naans and rotis. Can also be added to hamburgers to spice up the taste.

Brinjal pieces 65%, Water, Sugar, Refined Sunflower Oil, Salt, Cumin Powder, Turmeric Powder, Chilli Powder, Split Mustard, Acetic Acid (E260).
