Dudhi (Bottle Gourd) has a hint of a peppery flavour, and a fresh, and slightly bitter taste. However, Dudhi (Calabash - In English) is rich in nutrients such as vitamin C, fibre, and potassium, and is also low in calories, making it a popular choice for those looking to maintain a healthy diet.
In Indian cooking, dudhi is often used to make curries, soups, and stews. It can also be grated or sliced and used in salads or stir-fries. In some regions, dudhi is even used to make desserts, such as the traditional Indian sweet called "Lauki ka Halwa."
Dudhi will come as 2 Medium pieces or 1 large piece depending on availability.
