Gits Dal Tadka
Dal Tadka is a popular Indian dish made with lentils (dal) that are cooked and then tempered with a variety of spices (tadka). The dish is typically made with yellow or red lentils, such as toor dal or masoor dal, but can also be made with other types of lentils.
