Nylon Khaman is a type of snack from the Indian state of Gujarat. It is a soft and fluffy steamed cake made from a batter of chickpea flour, spices, and yoghurt. The batter is seasoned with mustard seeds, green chillies, curry leaves, and other spices and then steamed until it becomes spongy and light.
