Gits Sarso Ka Saag
Sarson ka saag is a popular vegetarian dish from the northern state of Punjab in India. It is made with mustard leaves (sarso) that are cooked and then pureed to make a thick, creamy, and flavorful dish.
The dish is usually served with a type of bread called Makki di roti, which is made with corn flour.
