Jalpur Sorghum flour (Juwar flour) is grinded using sorghum. It is milled from seeds that have a cream colour texture to them. Milled and ground using 100% Sorghum Seeds. Sorghum flour is a popular gluten-free baking alternative to wheat flour.
Please note, that because sorghum flour does not contain gluten, you will need to use a “binder” such as xanthan gum, egg whites, cornstarch or unflavored gelatin in your recipes.
