Amchur Powder

Amchur powder is made from dried mangoes by grinding unripe green mangoes. Amchur powder is used to give a tang without adding liquid.

In Indian dishes, amchur powder is traditionally used to add a touch of tartness, particularly in vegetable dishes, dals and curries.
