MDH Baingan Bhartaa Masala
Baingan ka Bhartaa is a dish made by roasting aubergines. The aubergine is roasted till it is soft, and the skin is then removed. The vegetable is then cooked with onions and ginger-garlic. MDH Baingan Bhartaa Masala is then added to bring out the authenticity.
