Fenugreek Leaves (Methi Leaves)
Fenugreek leaves are mostly known as the Indian name Kasoori (Kasuri) methi, one of India’s most commonly used herbs and cooking ingredients, especially in North India. Fenugreek leaves have a smoky, earthy and slightly bitter flavour. It is used in much the same way as coriander leaf.
It can be used in Indian bread by adding in the dough for an unforgettable exotic flavour.
