Rajah Meat Tenderiser
Rajah Meat Tenderiser is a seasoning product designed to help tenderize tough cuts of meat. It is made up of enzymes that break down the connective tissues in meat, making it more tender and easier to chew.
Iodised Salt, Wheat Flour, Papain Powder (0.1%).
Use sparingly as part of a sauce or marinade or alternatively, sprinkle a small amount directly onto the meat.
