Dhana Dal - White (Roasted Coriander Flakes)
Dhana Dal, also known as Roasted Coriander Flakes, is a popular Indian snack generally used as mukhwas (mouth freshener) that is made from coriander seeds. The seeds are roasted until they turn crispy and then seasoned with spices such as salt, chilli powder, and cumin.
Dhana Dal can be eaten as a standalone snack or used as a topping for salads, chaats, and other savoury dishes. Its soft, fleshy inner core is used in making mukhwas. Dhana dal has slight citrus & earthy flavour. It is a great source of dietary fibre and is rich in antioxidants.
