Dry Coriander Leaves
Dry coriander leaves are made by grinding dried coriander leaves into a fine powder. Coriander is a herb commonly used in cooking, especially in Asian, Middle Eastern, and Mediterranean cuisines.
Dried coriander leaves have a slightly different flavour and aroma than fresh coriander leaves, but they can be used as a substitute when fresh leaves are not available. They are often used as a seasoning in soups, stews, curries, and marinades, as well as in spice blends like garam masala and curry powder.
