La Mancha Saffron is a type of saffron that is produced in the La Mancha region of Spain. It is considered to be one of the highest-quality saffron varieties in the world and is known for its intense aroma, flavour, and colour.

La Mancha Saffron is produced from the Crocus sativus flower, which is commonly known as the saffron crocus. The flower is hand-harvested, and the three stigmas in the centre of the flower are carefully removed and dried to produce saffron threads.
